These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mirv app at go.mirv.app and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Your account
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information when you register, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Upload malware or use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content.
- Resell or misrepresent the Service as your own.
3. Your content
You keep all ownership of the content you create in mirv. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. You're responsible for your content and for keeping your own backups — you can export your full workspace as JSON at any time.
4. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running reliably, but we provide it "as is" and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — please keep your own exports.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mirv will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us.
